Get a locker yourself

Some stations let you register yourself. If the main screen shows New here? Get a locker, you can do it in under a minute.

If the button is not there, the station does not offer it. Ask the staff to add you.

Steps

1. On the main screen, press New here? Get a locker.
2. The screen says Step 1 of 3 and asks for Your phone number. Type it with the keypad. Use numbers only, then press Next. Your phone number is your ID.
3. The screen asks Choose your password. Type 6 digits that only you know, then press Next. The digits show as dots.
4. The screen asks Type your password again. Type the same 6 digits and press Open locker.
5. The screen says "Opening a locker for you…". This only takes a moment.
6. Your cell opens: Welcome! and the number of your cell in large orange digits. Put your things in and close the door.

Open it again

Press Done. When you come back, type your phone number on the main keypad and press Open cell. The screen then asks for your password. Type your 6 digits and press Open cell again. The same cell opens, and is free again afterwards.

Remember your password

Your phone number is your ID, so anyone who knows it can try to open your cell. Only your password stops them. The screen does not show your password again. If you forget it, ask the staff.

If you type the wrong password 5 times in a row, your ID is locked for 10 minutes. Wait, or ask the staff.

If it does not work

The screen says	What it means
"Please enter your phone number"	You did not type a number.
"Please use numbers only"	The number has letters or symbols.
"Please enter your full phone number"	The number has fewer than 7 digits.
"Please choose a password of exactly 6 digits"	The password has fewer than 6 digits.
"The two passwords are different. Please type your password again."	The second password is not the same as the first. Type the second one again.
"This phone number is already registered. Use it on the main screen to open your cell, or ask the staff."	This number is already registered. Type it on the main screen, then your password.
"Wrong ID or password. Please try again."	The phone number or the password is wrong. Type your phone number again, then your password.
"Too many wrong passwords. Please wait 10 minutes and try again, or ask the staff."	Your ID is locked for a short time.
"This phone number is already used. Please use another one, or ask the staff."	Someone is already registered with this number.
"You're registered. Type your phone number, then your password, on the main screen to open your locker."	You are registered, but no cell was free right now. Try again in a while.
"Registration isn't available here. Please ask a member of staff to add you."	This station does not allow self-registration.
"Something went wrong. We couldn't register you just now. Please try again."	A temporary problem. Press Back to my phone number and try again.
