Taking a cell out of service

Use this when a cell is broken, dirty, or needs maintenance. An out-of-service cell is never given to a new person.

You need the permission Take cells out of service and back. Owner, Admin and Operator have it.

Take cells out​

  1. Open Lockers, then Zones.
  2. Select one or more cells.
  3. Press Out of service in the bar above. The tiles turn dark grey and say "Out of service".

Put them back​

  1. Select the dark cells.
  2. Press Back in service.

If you select a mix of cells, the button offers whichever applies to the selection.

A cell that is reserved cannot be taken out​

A cell that a person holds is reserved. The console says: "Cell N is reserved and can't be taken out of service." First reset the cell so the person is released, then take it out.

It is checked with the station​

The station is asked first. If it cannot be reached, the console says "Could not reach the locker station's mini-PC - nothing was changed." Check the station's connection and try again.

Who did it​

Every change is recorded with the name of the person who made it and the time.
